Here’s my “bre”view on a yummy Pinterest recipe. Like what I did there?
We usually have pork chops once a week, or once every two weeks. It’s such a versatile meat!
Tonight, I went to Pinterest, as I sometimes do when I’m needing a new idea and stumbled upon a great recipe for One Pan Pork Chops and Veggies, by Chunghah.
This recipe is quick, easy and delicious. I subbed asparagus for the green beans, and baking potatoes for the red potatoes and it was still great. We also had boneless pork chops instead of the bone-in chops, but the cook time stayed about the same. I cooked the whole pan for 22 minutes and broiled for 3 minutes.
The only advice I would give would be to make sure to cut the potatoes pretty small. I’m talking like the size of a nickel, so that they cook through in the same amount of time that the meat and asparagus (or green beans) do.
The combo of ranch seasoning, fresh garlic and parsley was perfection. It made the whole house smell amazing. The only bad thing was smelling it hours later and not having any more to snack on. 🙂
Definitely a week night dinner idea. Easy clean up too, since everything goes into one pan, all you have to clean up is the cutting board!!
Thanks for checking out my page, make sure you get the full recipe at One Pan Ranch Pork Chops and Veggies. It’s worth your time.
Do you have any quick one-pan go-to recipes? Or what other veggies would you put in this one?
